Monday - Wednesday 7 AM - 5 PM 

Thursday by appointment

Fridays 9 AM - 12 PM

We are in downtown Lake Grove, a community within Lake Oswego. The address is 16455 SW Boones Ferry Road. Our building is part of the Olson Memorial Clinic just west of Wells Fargo Bank and across the street from Round Table Pizza and Starbucks.
